You Break Through

I cannot recommend Dentist of Pasadena enough! I have extreme anxiety about going to the dentist and getting work done, and because of that, I hadn’t been in almost 9 years. Walking back into a dental office was terrifying, but the entire team completely changed my perspective. From the moment I walked in, Viviana at the front desk was professional, precise, and incredibly welcoming. She got me checked in smoothly and took the time to clearly go over all charges and available payment plans. She even advocated for me by reaching out to the doctor to help accommodate my payment plan so I could get the urgent work done right away. My dental assistant, Jakim, went completely above and beyond. From the X-rays to the procedure, he was upbeat, professional, and deeply accommodating. He constantly checked in on me to make sure I was okay and kept me comfortable through every step. Dr. Nayomi is the absolute epitome of excellence. She is so sweet, patient, and took her time explaining what work I needed and how she would do it. She kept checking on me to make sure I was handling the anxiety, and she even went as far as putting on a movie to calm my nerves! She approved my payment plan, which meant the world to me. During the procedure, she was careful, diligent, and talked/encouraged me the whole way through. I felt little to no pain. I am so glad to be reconnected with my dental care, and I am beyond grateful to have experienced such an amazing, compassionate staff. If you have dental anxiety, this is the place to go!

Great experience with Adrine, Connie, and Vivi. The x-rays were quick, and I didn’t have to wait very long. I really appreciate them squeezing me in for the cleaning close to closing hours. Would definitely recommend this place.

I am so glad I found this place. Their offices are super clean and organized. They use the most updated equipment and methods and are more thorough than any Dentist I’ve ever been to. My deep clean with Adrine went so well. She’s faster and more efficient than other dentist offices I’ve been to!
